This unique honey variety of organic herbs and thyme is distinguished by its superb flavour, its bright colour and its high vitamin content. It is collected at the region of Ermionida on a hill southwest of Kranidi, overlooking the beautiful bay of Kilada (Ermionida) at the beginning of June.
